Students The Environmental Club is requesting seed packet donations for our community garden on the Clear Creek Trail. Please bring your vegetable seed donations to Mr. Wilson's room, room 319. 

PNACAC College Fair The Spring PNACAC College Fair will be occurring on Saturday, April 29th at Seattle University at 12:00pm. This is a great opportunity for students to network with Pacific Northwest Colleges. If you would like more information about the event, please see Ms. Sujka (Sweeka) in the counseling office! 

Summer jobs at West Sound Utility District West Sound Utility District is hiring three temporary summer employees to assist in ground maintenance and assigned water and sewer utility and wastewater treatment plant projects/tasks. The selected candidates will work a 40-hour work week and will be employed for up to twelve (12) weeks. Applicants must be 18 or older, possess a valid Washington State Driver's License, and be physically fit for duties that require lifting, bending and twisting. Pay is $15 an hour. West Sound Tech Summer School registration Looking for something fun to do this summer and earn a little credit while you are at it? Online registration is now open for West Sound Tech summer session! West Sound Technical Skills Center is offering exploratory programs many different areas and some are new this year! Tuition is free! Some courses may have a minimal materials fee due first day of class. Visit www.westsoundtech.com or stop by the Career Center to pick up a flyer. 

Students Having trouble finding the perfect dress for prom? Cinderella’s Closet might have just what you are looking for. Please see Ms. Roberts in Room 314A or Ms. Kohlbeck in the library for more information or to schedule an appointment to view the dresses. 

Attention CKHS Theatre and Thespian Troupe 326 There will be a full troupe meeting on Tuesday, April 25th immediately after rehearsal. We will be discussing the induction ceremony and electing officers for next year. It is mandatory for all current Thespians to attend. Anyone interested in CKHS Theatre is invited to attend.

If you answered yes to any of these questions--we want you in Link Crew! Stop by the library, counseling center, or ASB office to pick up an application to be a Link Leader! If you have questions about Link Crew or what it means to be a Link Leader, chat with Mrs. Adams, Mr. McMinds, or Mrs. Miller.

Volunteers needed for YMCA event! Haselwood YMCA is seeking volunteers to help with Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 29. Haselwood Family YMCA is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active. Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families, and features activities such as games, healthy cooking demonstrations, and arts and crafts to motivate and teach families how to develop a healthy routine at home. And they need YOU! They are looking for high energy volunteers, age 15 or older, to help with face painting, crafts, bouncy houses, popcorn, sign-in, set-up, and clean-up. Attention Cougs! Friday is the national Day of Silence in honor of the LGBTQ+ community members who have been silenced in being able to express their true identities. Students who want to participate should wear red and black and to try to remain silent for the whole school day. Please be respectful of students participating.

Attention Cougs! The CK Baseball Team would like to invite all Staff and Students tomorrow, April 22nd, to the 2nd Annual TRIBUTE TO OUR TROOPS high school baseball double header at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma, WA! Each of the nearly 100 players and coaches in these two games will be wearing special edition camo-print uniforms - on the back of which is embroidered the Name & Rank of a U.S. Troop they have chosen to honor at this event. CK vs Bellarmine begins at 12:00!
