Attention All Athletes We are going to be having an all-school signing event today at 2:00 in the Library. This event is for all Athletes who are signing or have signed a letter of Intent to play post high school athletics.

Interested in going to Olympic College? Then you might be interested in the Destination OC college visit. During this OC visit you will have the opportunity to explore your academic and career goals and you may receive a $500 college scholarship. For more information and a permission slip, please come to the counseling office. All grades are welcome to attend.

Attention all writers, musicians, and artists! Want to be published? The Cougar Chronicle is looking for your original works to publish on CK High's new literature and arts website, Reveries. See Mrs. Miller in portable 11 if you have questions, and check out bit.ly/ckhsreveries for the application. Applications for all genres of work will be accepted until May 4th.

Hey Cougars! There is a girls soccer meeting tomorrow at 3:00pm in the theatre. Come and meet the new head coach and hear about the new program.

Hey Cougs Want to make a difference in our school community? Link Crew is looking for some kids to put down their phones and make some meaningful connections with our incoming freshmen. All current sophomores and juniors welcome to apply. Link Crew is about building relationships... we need you. You can pick up an application from Mrs. Adams or Mrs. Miller. Application deadline is April 20th. Turn in applications to Ms. Cenicola in the ASB office.

Attention Cougars! Northern Arizona University is coming to CKHS today. If you are interested in hearing more about this school please come to the counseling office to sign up.

Careers in Public Works Day, 4/24 Juniors and Seniors! Are you looking for good pay and benefits, job security, advancement opportunities and a solid future, whether or not you go to college? A career in public works might be the thing for you! The Career Center has room for 12 students to attend an all day field trip on Tuesday, April 24th, to learn more about careers in public works. Stop by the Career Center ASAP to learn more about this great opportunity and to sign up.

Graduation caps, gowns and other items If you ordered anything from Josten's for graduation and missed the pick up date last Friday, please stop by the Main Office ASAP to pick up your items. Items will be available for pick up through April 27th.

Charge It Up! Testing time is quickly approaching which means you will need your Chromebook for testing! Beginning now, get in the habit of making sure your Chromebook is fully charged for a full day of testing. Make sure you bring your fully charged Chromebook to the assigned testing sites. If you do not have your Chromebook on an assigned testing day, you may be required to test on another day. Testing lists will be posted soon. Additionally, when the library is closed for testing (beginning with days during AP Testing), you will not be allowed come to the library to check out a loaner. Start now with getting into the habit of charging up your Chromebook nightly and bringing it to school daily!

Military Club meeting TODAY Stop by the Career Center after school TODAY to check out Military Club! The CKHS Military Club welcomes everyone... military dependents, future military members, and those just wanting to learn more about the military. Join us TODAY after school in the Career Center!

Seniors! The CK High School Community and Staff Scholarship is now open! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity. Stop in the counseling office for more information and pick up an application today. Applications are due by May 11th.

Seniors The Building Industry Association of Washington is proud to announce an education scholarship to encourage workforce training in the construction industry. Stop by the counseling office for more information.

BEST Students The 1st semester BEST Seminar will be Thursday, April 26, in the Career Center. All BEST students will report to the Career for the seminar during their BEST period. 4th period BEST students will take 1st lunch and report to the Career Center at 11:11. April evaluations will be passed out and need to be returned by May 4. See Mrs. Ferate or Ms. Brown if you have any questions!
