No ID Card? If you are a new student or a student who has never received a CKHS ID Card, you should see Mr. Schmitt in Room 241 (Photography Class) to have your picture taken. Pictures can be taken during your lunch period. Once your picture is taken and processed, you will need to see Mrs. Cenicola in the ASB Office to request an ID card. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Caouette in the Main Office.

Cougs ‘Tis the season to give and what better way to give than to give the gift of life?! On Wed., Jan 9th, the CKHS Key Club will be sponsoring a Blood Drive here at school from 7:45-1:45. We will be taking sign-ups beginning next week during all three lunches.. If you are interested in donating blood and are 16 or 17 years old, you’ll need to have a Parent Permission Slip completed. If you are 18 or older, you do not need a Parent Permission Slip, but you’ll need to sign up for an appointment time. Please consider donating to save a life!

Students If you have an elevator key signed out to you that is no longer needed, please return to the main office. A fine of $10.00 will be applied to those students who do not return their key.

Come to the Cougar Den! Skinny Cow Ice cream sandwiches are on SALE for 50 cents! While supplies last!

Congratulations Last Tuesday evening the Cougar wrestling team defeated a determined Shelton team by a score of 36-34. It came down to the final match. Freshman Dylan Dykstra fought a tough battle against an older and more experienced Shelton wrestler but he ultimately lost on points. Had Dykstra been pinned, CKHS would have lost the dual meet. Congratulations to Freshman Dylan Dykstra and also an outstanding performance by Sophomore Keegan Paschal, who pinned his opponent in the first period.

PSAT NMSQT Scores will be available for pick up on Tuesday, December 18th. Please come to the library during your assigned pick up time to receive your scores, test booklet, and hear a quick debrief about what your score report means.
