College in the High School is one of several opportunities students have to earn both high school and college credit. Other opportunities include Advanced Placement classes, Running Start and tech prep.
Through partnerships with universities, students take college level courses in their own school. Currently, we partner with Central Washington University.
Students register for classes, and pay reduced tuition and can earn five college credits per semester. Students who take year-long classes can earn 10 credits that will be accepted in Washington and many out-of-state colleges.
Talk with your counselor to learn more about the program and see what classes are available.
