X-Files Club: Do you have an interest in the paranormal? Do you like snacks? Do you want to spend your Tuesdays watching TV after school? Then come to X-Files Club in room 302! We watch the X-Files show, discuss what happened, and may even investigate some x-files on our own. Meet us every Tuesday after school in Mr Kassler's room 302."

Attention BEST Students It’s time for the final BEST Assignment. See the notes posted by the time clock in Mrs. Ferate’s room 120 and the directions sheet on the counter for information about the BEST final assignment. The BEST 4th quarter Assignment is due June 6 for seniors and June 13 for Juniors. There will be one evaluation for May and June combined. Let Mrs. Ferate know if you have any questions!!

Attention swimmers: Don't wait until the last minute, start turning your athletic forms for next season into the ASB office starting now. Practice begins Monday August 19th at 3:30 at Olympic high school pool.

Volleyball Players Volleyball Open Gyms will be on Tuesday and Wednesday next week from 3:30 to 5pm. Change your calendars! run 5/9-10, 13, and 16-17, 20

Cheerleaders! Still interested in trying out for cheer, but you missed the Informational Meeting??? Do not worry, it’s not too late!! Go see Mrs. Cenicola for a tryout packet!! Tryouts will start May 28 and you need to make sure all the required paper work is turned in before that date!! Good luck and GO Cougs!

Job Opportunity! Aqua Tech Aqua Tech Marine Services in Bremerton is looking for just the right person to be a store assistant at their boat engine parts and repair shop located across from Fred Meyer. Approximately 10-20 hours a week (increasing to 30-35 hours a week as soon as school is out) and will include Saturdays 10am-3pm. Pay at $12 an hour. Person must be hardworking and reliable. Math Help today! Due to the Library closure today, the Math Help portion of CK at Night will be help in Portable 2 this afternoon. Regular time 3-4 PM.


Attention Football Players CK Football will be having a parent meeting, May 31st, in the CKHS Library @6:00. Make sure your parents are there. Also, our first day of Spring Football practice is Wednesday, May 29th. You must have all of your paperwork turned in, including a current physical, in order to participate. Let's get that done by May 24th, so everyone can get started on a successful football season. If you have questions, contact Coach Keel. See you all May 29th!

Testing  began today and runs through May 28. If you are unsure as to where you need to report to, come by the Main Office.   If you are testing,it is IMPERATIVE that you bring a FULLY CHARGED CHROMEBOOK, ear buds, water bottle and jacket due to variable temperatures in testing classrooms. There will be a continental breakfast served in the morning of testing days. You should also make sure to get a good night's rest and do your best on your tests!

Attention all wrestlers and those that would like to see what high school wrestling is about without having to pay a participation fee. In order for you to work out this summer, you MUST have the required paperwork completed and turned into ASB by Friday, June 4, 2019.

Swimmers! Summer conditioning is optional but highly recommended. Conditioning is run by the Olympic high school pool Monday through Thursday 11:30-12:30 from June 24th to July 25th. This is open to continuing and new athletes from all 3 district high schools. Cost is $4 each session or $35 for a 10 passes.

Cooking and Community meeting date is CHANGED! We will have our last culinary gathering of the year on Tuesday, May 21st. You MUST RSVP to Ms. Schick in order to attend. See Ms. Schick in room #220 before noon on Monday, May 20th.

ALL SENIORS Families, and friends are invited to the CKHS Class of 2019 Baccalaureate Service to be held on Sunday, June 9, 3PM at the Silverdale Lutheran Church. The Baccalaureate Service, a long- standing tradition at CKHS, is a parent and community sponsored service of reflection, celebration, and inspiration. Among other activities, the service will feature speakers and musicians from this year's graduating class. Please join us for this open, non denominational, and inspirational service. Seniors should arrive at 2:30pm wearing their gowns but not caps. Parent-sponsored event. Not school-sponsored. #CKHSBaccalaureate.

Cougs The Gender Sexuality Awareness club is hosting a two week educational event with the Educational Manager of Planned parenthood and their teen council members on May 29 & June 6 at 2:45-3:00 in portable 9. Come to learn about services provided, STDs, birth control and consent. All students are welcome.

CKHS Knowledge Bowl The CKHS Knowledge Bowl team invites students and staff to the Students vs. Teachers Trivia Smack-down, happening in the library at 3:00 on Wednesday, May 22. Come support Knowledge Bowl and cheer for your favorites as your teachers match wits with your classmates in fast-paced competition. Admission is $1, concessions will also be available."
