We can't wait to see you again! And we can't wait to start school in our new building. The new entrance (and address) is on Frontier Place.

We hope everyone has had a restful summer break. We are excited to welcome you to our new Central Kitsap High School campus for the 2019-20 school year, starting with Maze Days.

Getting started in a new place can be stressful. Our goal is to make Maze Days as useful as possible to help you feel prepared for the first day of school on Wednesday, September 4th. To be prepared, here is what you should know about this years Maze:

Maze Days will be held from 8am-Noon on the following days.

  • August 21: Senior/Junior Maze

  • August 22: Sophomore Maze

  • August 23: Freshman Maze

 If you miss your assigned Maze day (August 21st or 22nd) you may come to Freshman Maze to pick up materials. Materials will not be available early, so please, come on your assigned day.

Parking is available on campus! Please use the High School main entrance off of Frontier Place. Follow the signs for available parking.

Maze is the one stop shop for getting ready for the school year!

Available at Maze this year:

  • Pay Fees through our ASB Office:

    • You can save time by paying online. Visit, select Lunch Fees and Payments from the menu and log in using your students ID number. Be sure to bring your receipt to Maze.

  • Pick up your planners:

    • Planners are on sale through the ASB office. They cost $7.00 for students in Grades 10, 11 or 12. All students in grade 9 will be provided a planner free of charge during the first few days of school.

  • Receive Schedules:

  • Apply for Parking:

    • Parking permits are available at this time to 11th and 12th grade students. Visit the Parking section for more information.

  • Attend our Club fair

  • Have their yearbook and ID photo taken. You may pay for photos by visiting Olympic Photo Group's website

As you finish the Maze, you are welcome and encouraged to explore our new space, find your classrooms, and begin planning for the year ahead! Click on the link Map.

As a reminder, the new CK campus does not have lockers. For you backpack, please refer to the school supply list available on our website!

Finally, Freshman students are encouraged to come to the LINK Orientation training which is held on September 3rd. The goal of LINK is to help our incoming students feel comfortable with their new space, meet new people, and become familiarized with the culture of CK!

Transportation is arranged to deliver students to CKHS, families are responsible for picking up their students at noon. Morning pick-up points are as follows:

    If Algebra 2 and above/Physics and above, a graphing calculator (TI 84 or similar) is
  • 1 or 2 Composition or Spiral notebooks—lined and/or graph paper
  • Refillable water bottle 
Yearbook and ID Pictures will be taken during Maze Days.

Order forms will be available on photo day during the event. You may also visit the Olympic Photo Group website and pre-pay for photos or download an order form if you like.

Picture make-ups will be September 13.

fall sportsAthletes must have all paperwork, including the sports physical, turned in to the ASB Office before they turn out. Download paperwork from our Athletic Eligibility page. 

Football practices start Wednesday, Aug. 21.

Soccer, Volleyball, Tennis, Swim and Cross Country practices start Monday, Aug. 26

You can pay for meals and many fees and fines directly to our main office or pay online through our district's Touchbase system. For online payments, you’ll need to know your student’s ID number, which is on report cards and available from our main office.

You can see past payments. Please note that there is a $1.75 service charge, except for lunch payments. 

In-Person Payments

Please follow the instructions on the Fees and Fines form to pay in person with cash, check or credit card. Course fees must be paid at the beginning of the course. 


Students in Grades 11 & 12 will be allowed to purchase parking passes for $5.00 for the 2019-2020 school year

You may pay online or visit the ASB Office during Maze Days.

Students in Grades 9 & 10 will be given the opportunity to purchase a parking pass pending availability of parking spaces once the school year has begun. 

All students purchasing parking passes must complete the Parking Rules Acknowledgement form and secure their parent/guardian’s signature. Please also fill out the information in the Parking Registration form.

Please note that our new parking entrance is on Frontier Place.

We provide bus service to students who live more than a mile from their neighborhood school and students with special needs. We do not normally provide transportation to students who live outside of their normal school boundaries.
