Parent Teacher Conferences

Our conferences are scheduled for a variety of blocks and times from Oct 26-28. Out of respect for travel time, COVID and other illness considerations, and flexibility for you to schedule conferences for other children, all conference appointments can be in-person or Zoom based on family preference. 

Signing up for conferences is a 3-step process: 

  1. Check your child’s PowerSchool classes and decide on the teacher(s) that you would like to conference with.
  2. Go to this link: Conference Sign-Ups and fill out the information 
  3. PTCFast will send you an email with the link to view the available times of (all) the teacher(s)s you selected. Make your selections and submit.

If you are coming to the CK Campus for conferences we will have maps at the entry to each school and support in the office and Commons area to answer your additional questions.  If you prefer to have your conference via Zoom there is information about Zoom below.

Zoom Info:

1) You can join a Zoom meeting from any device or phone by clicking the link or entering it in your browser or calling the phone number with the meeting ID ready.

2) A Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. If someone invites you to their meeting, you can join as a participant without creating an account.

3) You can use your child’s Chromebook to join a zoom meeting! It does take a couple of different steps:

  • Go to zoom.us and click on “JOIN A MEETING” in the upper right
  • Enter the eleven-digit Meeting ID found in the teacher’s zoom location from your reminder email, click JOIN.
  • Click on the small blue words near the bottom “Join from your browser” or “Join via the web”.

Parent Access

Want to log in to Powerschool or need to fill out your Federal Impact Form? You can navigate to https://ps.cksd.wednet.edu/public/. The username for newly created accounts is your current email address. If you have an existing account you will continue to use your existing username. If you are a new user or if you have forgotten your password you can click the “Forgot Username or Password” link. An email will be sent to the email we have on record for you.
