Central Kitsap High School Graduation: Saturday, June 14th
We have been working hard to plan and conduct a celebratory Graduation program to celebrate the accomplishments of our Class of 2025 graduates. Below is important information for you as we work toward graduation.
- Please remember that all seniors must meet graduation requirements and will be cleared to walk at graduation. This means that all textbooks, materials and Chromebooks need to be returned. Seniors will also need to clear fine balances and must meet all academic requirements. As a reminder to all our seniors, it is important to get these items completed, to be eligible to walk at graduation.
- All materials should be returned and fines paid by 3:30pm on Thursday, June 12th. Please do not wait until the last minute to complete this.
- Graduation practice on June 13th and 14th are required for students to participate in graduation ceremonies.
- Required graduation practice will be held at 7:30 AM on Friday, June 13th for all participating seniors. We will begin practice in the main CKHS Gym.
- Graduates will have an opportunity to select who they would like to walk with and sit next to during the ceremony at this practice.
- Tickets will be distributed at the end of this practice.
- Six tickets and one event parking pass will be provided to each participating graduate. Every person that needs a seat must have a ticket to enter. Toddlers on laps and babies in arms are welcome on a parent’s ticket. Children of preschool age and older must have their own ticket.
- Due to limited seating, we are unable to accommodate requests for extra tickets.
- We suggest that families reach out to other senior families to see if they have any unused tickets.
- Required dress rehearsal practice including photos of graduates in their caps and gowns will begin at 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 14th for all participating seniors. We will begin practice in the main CKHS Gym.
- Participating graduates will need to wear the required cap, tassel, gown, and medallion during this practice and at graduation.
- Accepted and appropriate additional regalia include the honor chords/medallion/items awarded to you from Central Kitsap High School and culturally significant adornments. No other items are allowed. Be mindful of footwear choices. Please avoid spike heel shoes as they are not appropriate for the turf and track and could result in injury.

- In order to create an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone please respect the following rules: No food, no noisemakers/air horns, no balloons or signs as they significantly restrict the view of other guests.
- Please dress in layers for the weather, a jacket or blanket may be desirable as the wind comes up in the stadium most afternoons.
- The ceremony runs approximately 60-90 minutes. During the ceremony, please stay seated and refrain from moving around. As you clap and cheer for your graduate, be mindful of others. Please be respectful and allow each graduate’s name to be heard.

- All guest vehicles will enter through the open south campus Central Kitsap Middle School gate on Anderson Hill Road. Drivers will be asked for their parking pass.

For family and friends who will be watching graduation on the livestream; the link to the ceremony will be posted on our website and school social media sites as soon as it becomes available. Graduation should be recorded and the link should also be active later for anyone who is not available during the live event.
We want our stadium graduations to be an enjoyable experience for everyone in-person or watching on our live stream. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have clarifying questions.
