We are using PTCFast.com to make signups as convenient as possible this year. Please click the link below or enter the following web address into your browser window:


Using PTCFast.com is a 2-step process:

  • First, you will check your child’s PowerSchool classes and decide on the teacher(s) that you would like to conference with. Go to the link. Fill out the information on the website.
  • Next, PTCFast will send you an email with the link to view the available times of (all) the teacher(s)s you selected to your email address. Make your selections and submit.


You will receive an email response with your confirmation. Next week we CKHS will publish a Family Conferences page on our website, which will include additional information, brief informational videos from our teaching staff, and a list of their remote conference Zoom codes for you.


CKHS will be using ZOOM Meetings for our conferences this year. Here are some details around Zoom:

  1. You can join a Zoom meeting from any device or phone by (device) clicking the link or entering it in your browser or (phone) calling the phone number with the meeting ID ready.
  2. Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. If someone invites you to their meeting, you can join as a participant without creating an account. ...
  3. You can use your child’s Chromebook to join a zoom meeting! It does take a couple of different steps:
    • Go to zoom.us and click on “JOIN A MEETING” in the upper right
    • Enter the eleven-digit Meeting ID found in the teacher’s zoom location from your reminder email, click JOIN.
    • Click on the small blue words near the bottom “Join from your browser” or “Join via the web”.
    • Follow the few remaining steps. If it asks for a passcode, that information can be found on the same page where we publish the Zoom codes.
