To order your transcript, students use a service called Parchment for convenient, easy and secure online transcripts requests. Parchment.com is for all current and former students of Central Kitsap high schools. Please note transcripts are free for current students but there is a fee for former and graduated students. Click the button below to create your Parchment account and get started:
Important Information for Parchment Account Registration and Transcript Requests
When signing up for a Parchment account, please use your personal email address instead of your school email, as you will lose access to your school email after graduation.
Attention Parents: It is best for students to create their own Parchment account (with their own email and password) to avoid account duplication issues and ensure they can use Parchment independently beyond the age of 18.
Transcript Updates
The transcript linked to your Parchment account will not update automatically. To obtain the latest version, please request a new transcript through the Parchment website. You will receive an email from Parchment with a link to your current transcript. Allow two school days for transcript requests to be processed.
Attention Seniors:
As you approach the end of your senior year, your college or university will require your FINAL high school transcript after graduation to complete your enrollment. To request your "Final Transcript," follow these steps:
- On the "SELECT DESTINATION" page, choose the college or university you will be attending.
- Under "When do you want this sent?", select the "Hold for Grades" option.
Note: If you have already graduated from CKHS, please select "Send Now" (not "Hold for Grades") to send your final transcript to your college or university.
