This week during Advisory, students in grades 9-11 watched important videos with information about registering for classes for next year.  Links to the videos, as well as our Course Catalog and registration forms are on our website and here: Course Selection Process.  Please pay close attention — this information will help you make thoughtful decisions about your schedule.

Over the next few months, counselors will visit US History, English 10, and English 9 classes to distribute registration forms and walk students through how to complete them.

Students should:

At CKHS, your course selections are extremely important. We use these selections to inform our decisions about course offerings. Our master schedule is built directly from the classes students choose during registration. We make every effort to meet first choice requests; however, the constraints of the schedule do not always make it possible.  Therefore it is important to select alternate courses. Please take time to select courses you genuinely want to take and that align with your goals. Thoughtful planning helps us place you in the classes that best support your academic success and future plans.
