A Note from Dr. Erin Prince

Next week is Education Support Professionals Week! We're looking forward to celebrating the incredible classified staff members who help keep our schools and district running. They greet students with a smile; keep our buildings and grounds clean, safe, and welcoming; prepare nutritious meals; support instruction; promote success; troubleshoot technology; drive and maintain buses; process bills; answer phones; welcome new employees—and so much more.

Although this work sometimes happens behind the scenes, its impact is seen and felt everywhere. Our schools could not function without their care, skill, and dedication. If you have the chance next week, I hope you'll please take a moment to say thank you. It truly matters.

One quick reminder: Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday, March 8. Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead one hour. Longer days and spring energy are on the way!

This year’s theme, “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future,” highlights women driving progress in our communities and beyond. Throughout the month, our schools will engage students in learning activities that honor the impact of women past and present and inspire the next generation of leaders.
