Every year, Central Kitsap School District applies for federal Impact Aid funding. These funds make up for the local tax dollars we lose because of tax-exempt federal property.
The results of our Impact Aid survey support this request and are critical to our district's resources for students.
Please complete the form as soon as possible by logging into the PowerSchool Parent Portal, where the online forms for your students are available. To learn more, visit https://www.ckschools.org/impactaid or email ImpactAid@ckschools.org. Thank you for your cooperation!

If your student is enrolled in an Advanced Placement class at CKHS, taking the AP exam in May gives them an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and, depending on their score and the college, potentially earn college credit or placement—which can save both time and money in college.
AP exam registration and payment is open September 14th through November 6, 2026. If your student is enrolled in an AP course, we encourage you to review the information and consider registering for the exam.
For important details about AP exams, registration, payment, deadlines, and frequently asked questions, please review our Parent/Student AP Newsletter.

Our meeting on 10/27 was a success. Catch the summary on the FB and IG pages! We have some energetic parents to help us meet our financial goals for our events and gifts for our seniors.
What to do this week?
1. Attend the Bingo Fundraiser at McClouds from 5-7pm, Sunday, November 1. This time is family friendly. Come eat. Play a game of bingo (you could win a bingo prize) or a fabulous donated basket. Support a local business that gives back to the community.
Reminder, we are raising funds for events & gifts.
3. Purchase your Senior Yard sign. Quantity is limited 😊 Signs are $25.00. Next pick up is Nov 1 at McClouds.
4. Krispy Kreme fundraiser kickoff. Click the link to order your donuts, receive a code to pick up at a Krispy Kreme location of your choice. Share with your family!
