Attendance & Early Dismissal Reminders

We appreciate your partnership in helping us keep our attendance and early dismissal procedures running smoothly!

Need to report an absence or speak with our Attendance Secretary?
When calling the main office at 360-662-2400, simply press 1 to be connected directly to our Attendance Secretary. If your call is not answered, please leave a message. Our attendance message line is monitored consistently throughout the school day, and messages will be addressed as quickly as possible.

Planning an Early Dismissal?
When requesting an early dismissal, please allow at least 30 minutes for our office staff to locate your student and have them report to the main office. We will always do our best to accommodate your requested pickup time; however, with our large campus, it can sometimes take a little extra time to get students to the office. We understand that not all early dismissals are planned, and we appreciate your patience and understanding!

If you are able to call ahead to arrange an early dismissal, we will have your student meet you at your vehicle, making pickup a little easier for everyone.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued partnership as we work together to support our students and families!

Peer Tutoring is Available!

Need a little extra help with your classes? Peer Tutoring is available Wednesdays in the Library during Advisory! National Honor Society students will be there to help with English, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Biology, and Chemistry. If you have questions or need some extra support, stop by the Library during Advisory. Our NHS tutors are ready to help you out!

Complete your Impact Aid Form Today!

Each year, we must apply to receive Impact Aid funding from the federal government. Impact Aid funds compensate districts for the loss of local tax dollars from tax-exempt federal property (like military bases). The results of our Impact Aid survey qualify us for these federal funds. This survey is critical to our district's resources for students. Last year, it was responsible for $21 million coming into our district!  Please log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal to complete your form today! Learn more on our website or email ImpactAid@ckschools.org with your questions. Thank you for your help!

A draped American flag rests against a dark background next to text that reads "Complete Your Impact Aid Form Today!".
