High School Season 3 Update: April 26 – June 12

Once again, we are excited to continue our high school sports programs as we head into late spring! It’s time to get ready for Season 3, our final season for this school year. All participants must continue to follow guidelines from the state Department of Health and Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA). Those guidelines include wearing of face masks at all times during practices and competitions indoors, and there are some relaxations to the rules outdoors. More information can be found under the state's sporting activity guidance updated on April 19, 2021.

Season 3 sports include: Boys and Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Wrestling, Girls Bowling, Cheer, Boys Swim and Boys Tennis.

We continue to be able to show live streaming of events to many competitions in Season 3. This is free of charge to families who sign up. Learn how to sign up on the NFHS to see CKSD home athletic competitions:

Please note that not all schools in our league have the ability to live stream all events. Construction in the Olympic High School Gym will also not allow for events to be streamed from the OHS Gym at this time. Please stay tuned for any updates to this situation.

UPDATED Phase 3 Spectator Guidelines

Spectator guidance for outdoor and indoor athletic events has changed with the beginning of Kitsap County’s Phase 3 re-opening and updated as of April 19th.

  • All spectators must wear masks at the events and maintain six feet social distancing from other spectators, or from groups of same-household spectators indoors and outdoors.
  • Fans exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms should not attend our events.
  • Outdoor Tennis can accommodate up to 150 spectators (in addition to participants) in our stadiums.
  • Indoor Wrestling and Basketball will not be able to accommodate general admission to the public and admission to these events will be based on family and extended family needs only.
  • Bowling will have limited access as well to spectators for family and extended family of bowlers with no general admission. All Star Lanes is operating at 50% capacity and cannot take on general admission.
  • For all Season 3 athletes and families, please watch for an email from your high school’s athletic director (via FinalForms) for more details.
